These Terms of Service apply to all online courses, programs, memberships, bootcamps, and digital services provided by Frijsbak I/S, operating under GaitAcademy, authored by Bent Rune Skulevold.

By registering for or accessing any course or service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Provider & Roles

2. Scope of Services

We provide online education for horse riders, including but not limited to:

Written educational material

Video and audio content

Community discussions

Group learning environments

Optional live online sessions and feedback (where specified)

3. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are allowed to:

Use the material for your own personal education

Apply concepts in your own riding and training

Download or print material for private use only

You are not allowed to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any material

Share course access or content with third parties

Use the material commercially (including teaching, courses, memberships, or social media) without written permission

Present the content, frameworks, wording, or exercises as your own work

This applies to all written content, videos, audio, exercises, frameworks, and concepts (including but not limited to The Training Compass, Rider Feel, Thought Aid).

4. Participation, Community & Conduct

Courses are designed as respectful learning environments.

Participants are expected to:

Act respectfully toward other riders and horses

Refrain from harassment, shaming, or disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to remove participants from a course or community if these standards are violated, without refund.

5. Recordings, Feedback & Educational Use

Some programs may include:

Group feedback

Video or audio analysis

Live online lessons (group format)

By participating, you agree that:

Sessions may be recorded for educational and quality purposes

Anonymised excerpts may be reused for education or promotion

We will not use material in a way that could shame riders or horses.

If identifiable material is considered for promotional use, this will normally be anonymised or consent will be requested where appropriate.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required in full before access is granted

Once access to digital content is provided, no refunds are guaranteed

That said, we aim to act firm but fair.

In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at our discretion.

7. Technical Access & Platforms

We currently use platforms including (but not limited to):

Mighty Networks

Email-based delivery

Membership.io

Hello Audio

Community platforms (e.g. private groups)

We reserve the right to change platforms while maintaining access to purchased content.

Access to courses is typically linked to your email address.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply where required by EU law.
